Review
Syberia II is an adventure game starring a girl who, almost inadvertently, is embroiled in a curious story.
Syberia II takes the adventure exactly at the point where it was interrupted in the previous game, continuing the story and deepening all that was seen in the first chapter. The two games are completely independent, you can play Syberia II without ever having seen Syberia, but to fully understand the plot and metaphoric and psychological aspects of the game is strongly recommended to play them both.
Plot: Kate Walker left behind all her possessions, job, friends and her quiet life to embark on the search for Hans Voralberg. Together on their way to the mythic Syberia, the birthplace of those giants of the past known as mammoths, they will explore the iced landscapes filled with mysticism. During the game, as in any worthy adventure game, you should consider inch by inch all the scenarios through which you go through, solving puzzles, talking to other characters, finding clues and overcoming all kinds of obstacles in order to continue your journey.
To sum up, this title is endowed with outstanding graphics quality, and an amazing sound section. |
